Over the past year I have lost about 85~90 lbs of weight. It is a big accomplishment, thank you. However my goal is another 20 lbs away. This will put me into the 175-180lb range. My goal by the end of the year is to reach that weight. After that my goal will be maintaining that weight. In an effort to attempt to keep myself more alert in the morning I have made a few changes to my daily routine the last few weeks. A few days early, but I at least got a gift to show for it. I got an iPod Nano, Black. I just got off the phone with my Auto Insurance Provider. Only a 100 dollar deductible for the window, and they can come to my house to get it done. I signed up for a CPR/AED class at work. Paid for by my place of employment and instructed by the American Red Cross.We went over the basics on how to give CPR to an adult and also how to use an AED on an adult.
